The 1109 Hotline is operated by affiliated organisations with legal entities, business processes, management structures, and technical systems that operate in many different countries and cross international borders. This Privacy Policy applies to websites and domains owned or operated by the 1109 Hotline in Greece and entities owned, controlled by or affiliated with the 1109 Hotline. Please note that any privacy statement posted on this website specific to services provided here will apply in addition to this Privacy Policy and in the event of any conflict, this Privacy Policy shall prevail
The 1109 Hotline website is hosted in Greece. However, all data is processed or stored on servers located in Australia. Data may be processed by being accessed by the 1109 Hotline teams based in other countries. By completing and submitting your data and communication preferences on this website you are consenting to your data being stored and/or processed in those countries
The 1109 Hotline collects and uses relevant personal information to create and record reports, inform and serve you and others in connection with the 1109 Hotline’s activities and initiatives and better understand your needs, having first obtained any required consents. The 1109 Hotline also files personal information from reports with various government and policing agencies concerned with human trafficking activity and issues along with required filings with data protection authorities, when applicable

The 1109 Hotline retains service providers and suppliers to deliver services and solutions to operate the Hotline. These providers and suppliers include, for example, providers of IT support and automated data storage and processing
Suppliers and service providers are required by contract to keep confidential the information received on behalf of the 1109 Hotline and may not use it for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for the 1109 Hotline
